There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a north Idaho real estate professional, I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessable, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

My Background
I was born and raised in north Idaho, the most beautiful place on earth. I lived here until I finished school, and then I moved to Oregon for what was supposed to be a short-term job opportunity.
While I was there, I met and married Loralee, and our first four children were born. In the meantime, I became involved in property management for several years, and professionally sold real estate for about 10 years.
My family and I made the decision to move back to Idaho in 1993, where I founded, ran, and sold a successful home restoration business, bought and sold rental and investment homes, and have been professionally selling real estate for another seven years.
My wife and I now have a total of seven children, two grandsons, and two granddaughters. I am very involved with church and community, and I love the outdoors.
My commitment to integrity in my business dealings, to the people I know and love, and to the community in general is of utmost importance to me.
Finding and selling homes for individuals and families brings joy and purpose to my life, and this is evident to me in the appreciation that is shown by the many people that I have helped to make home ownership a dream come true.
